Quality Management

Zhejiang iFilter Automotive Parts Co., Ltd is a professional filter maker with professional employees in automotive filtration industry. All of our process was under the control of TS system and we follow up TS strictly.

1. We always implements the quality control concept of the whole process to prevent product defects and continuously improve product quality, reliability and safety.

2. We apply the quality management tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP and SPC from product design, production to delivery.

3. We have a ability to submit the PPAP document according to customer’s requirement.

4. We strictly follow up the method of process controlling using FLow Chart FMEA, Control plan, SOP, Record.
